Contract
(Party A)________ employs _________ (Party B) as the foreign staff with the spirit of friendly cooperation, singing this contract.
Article 1 Employment period is two semesters from 18 February 2011 to 10 FEB 2012. Article 2 Party B’s working task is as follows,
Party B should complete the work with the high quality on time. Party A will provide the necessary working and living conditions as well as the medical and accident insurance. If Party B gives the rationalization proposal, Party B should adopt. Both parties should actively cooperate with each other.
Article 3 According to the working condition, Party B’s working period will be 25 hours a week. After the 12 months working period, Party A will provide the return ticket (Shenyang - BELFAST), or 50000RMB if the Party B extend the contract.
Article 4 Party A should pay the 5000RMB basic salary one month to Party B. From the 8 month to 14 month of the working period, the basic salary will be 6000RMB.
Article 5 Party A’s responsibly is as follows,
1. Party A should introduce relevant Chinese laws and regulations, working routine, and concerning administration for foreign experts.
2. Party A should do the work direction, supervision and evaluation.
3. Party A should provide the necessary working and living conditions to Party B.
4. Party B should be equipped with co-workers.
5. Party A should pay the salary to Party B on time.
Article 6 Party A’s responsibly is as follows,
1. Party B should abide by Chinese laws and regulations, and can not interfere in the China's internal affairs.
2. Party B should abide by working system and regulations concerning administration of foreign experts; should accept the work arrangement, direction, supervision and evaluation. Without Party A’s permission, Party B could not do the other work which is not arranged by the Party A.
3. Party B should complete the working task with the high quality on time.
4. Party B should respect China's religious policies and can not engaged in activities incompatible with the status of an expert.
5. Party B should respect China's moral standards and customs.
Article 7 The modification, rescission or termination of the contract
1. Both parties could not modify or terminate the contract without the agreement of any
party.
2. If both parties agree after the negotiation, the contract should be modifies or terminated. If not getting the agreement, both parties should fulfill the contract strictly.
3. Party A has the right to inform Party B terminate the contract in the following conditions,
(1) Party B fails to fulfill the contract and not perform the agreed condition. If the Party
A point out, Party
B still does not correct.
(2) According to the doctor's diagnosis, Party B could not resume normal work in continuously 30 days.
4. Party B has the right to inform Party A terminate the contract in the following conditions,
(1) Party A does not provide the necessary working and living conditions.
(2) Party A fails to pay the Party B salary.
Article 8 the contract will be effect from the commencement date. If any party wants to extend the contract, he should bring up before the 3 months of the expiration of contract. After the negotiation, both parties could resign the contract. The new contract is the integral part of this contract. All the articles will continue to be valid in extending period. If any party does not want to extend the contract, the contract will be invalid to the expiration of contract.
Article 9 The disputes should be negotiated by both parties.

EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT Employer School: Official Represe ntative: Koreig n Teacher: I.Employee* duties and Responsibilities 1.The foreign teacher willingly comes to the Employer School to be a part-time English teacher. The foreign teacher should be a native speaker of English, have higher education, have certain language teaching experience, and be in good health (he/she must pass the physical exam in ati on at an assig ned Chin ese hospital after he/shc enters China) and possess required documents, such as TEFL certificate, foreig n expert certificate, reside nee permit, etc.. If this notification is not done, there will be a reduction of pay by RMB 100 per time of abse nee; this pen alty also applies to any un approved tard in ess from class. (For instance, if the foreign teacher is late for over one hour, he or she will lose RMB300: wage RMB 200 added a fine of RMB 100).
