Write the words this
and that on the board.
Put a pencil in my hand .and put a book in a distant place.
This is a pencil.
That is a book. etc.
Show the cards , go through each of the pets by pointing at the pictures and saying the words. Read the words and spell them . This is a dog. Say dog ,repeat after me. D-O-G. Dog.
