7本合同自受聘方到职之日起生效，聘请届满即自行失效。如
一方要求延长聘期，必须在本合同期满之前向对方提出，经双方协商确认后，在另行签定延长聘期合同。

7、乙方应加强政治和业务学习，不断提高自己的思想修养和业务水平。 三、甲方提供的工作条件、保险、福利待遇 1、甲方依法定程序及时为乙方办理律师执业证年度注册手续。 2、甲方为乙方提供必要的办公场所、办公设施办案所需各类手续、材料用纸等，并承担乙方收费应缴纳的营业税，其他税收和费用由乙方自行承担。 3、乙方完成业务收费定额的，甲方按每月元发放工资，收费超过万元的，按超出部分的%计提奖金。 4、甲方依国家及当地政府关于社会保险的规定为乙方及时足额交纳养老保险和医疗保险。双方解除合同时，该养老保险和医疗保险按有关规定转移。 5、甲方应积极支持乙方接受专业培训教育和深造。 四、合同的变更、解除、终止、续订、违约责任 1、订立本合同所依据的法律、法规、规章发生变化，本合同变更相应内容。 2、在聘用期内，任何一方要求变更合同条款，均应征得对方同意。 3、甲、乙双方协商一致时，本合同可解除。解除合同应依列条款办理： （1）在本合同有效期内提出解除合同的一方，应提前30
