一、工作划分/Work management:

甲方将自行组织的岀境旅游客人交由乙方接待，甲方负责本地区内岀境旅游线路推销、招揽客人、办理护照、

收取旅游费用事宜，乙方负责岀境团队的安排游客境外段接待事宜。甲乙双方各对职内工作承担相关的责任与义务，享受相关的权利。

二、质量保证/Quality management:

双方必须认真操作。保证质量，做好前后环节的衔接，避免岀错，以优质的服务做好每一个岀境团队（或散

客）的接待工作。

双方应当就岀境旅游的行程、标准、购物等情况向客人做如实陈述，不做虚假、误导性的书面或口头宣传。乙方应当本着谨慎、周到的原则，按照甲乙双方协商后确认的行程标准为客人提供旅游服务。
