甲/乙双方为发展共同的事业，本着平等互利的原则，根据国家《合同法》及国家旅游局《中国公民出国旅游管理办法》的相关规定，经友好协商，就合作经营出境游事宜，达成以下协议。

一、工作戈分/Work management:
甲方将自行组织的出境旅游客人交由乙方接待，甲方负责本地区内出境旅游线路推销、招揽客人、办理护照、收取旅游费用事宜，乙方负责出境团队的安排游客境外段接待事宜。甲乙双方各对职内工作承担相关的责任与义务，享受相关的权利。

二、质量保证/Quality management:
双方必须认真操作。保证质量，做好前后环节的衔接，避免出错，以优质的服务做好每一个出境团队(或散
客)的接待工作。
双方应当就出境旅游的行程、标准、购物等情况向客人做如实陈述，不做虚假、误导性的书面或口头宣传。
乙方应当本着谨慎、周到的原则，按照甲乙双方协商后确认的行程标准为客人提供旅游服务。

三、团队出境前双方义务/Group leaves country the bilateral duty:
双方应随时保持信息交流，及时勾通情况，双方必须最迟于出境前十天做出团队最后确认（“黄金周”、圣诞节等旺季期间计划要提前预报，具体要求按实际作业情况商定)。
